- Assist with managing building schedules, deliveries, and other office logistics.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office manager role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a bubbly and approachable personality.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience managing or collaborating with maintenance, porters, or security teams is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and proactive receptionist to join a growing team at our client's newest building. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience for all visitors, tenants, and staff.
