      Job summary

      Greeting service users and visitors

      • Following health and safety procedures in relation to signing-in and the issuing of personal alarms
      • Provide admin support to the multi-disciplinary team

      Scan, photocopy, e-fax and shred service user documents as required.

      Work with and assist the Site Service Managers in the reporting of maintenance defects and liaising with the Estates Department as appropriate.

      Take responsibility for monitoring adequate stock levels of stationery etc

      Making room booking and other associated requests.

      Respond appropriately to verbal complaints and refer any unresolved issues to senior admin staff as necessary.

      Use appropriate methods to communicate effectively within a team i.e. email, attending meetings.

      To undertake typing and producing documents as requested, using PC based MS Office (Word and Excel).

      Provide cover for other admin staff within the team as directed by the Operational Support Manager.

      Work confidentially at all times maintaining the integrity and security of patient's clinical records.

      The post holder will be expected to support and adhere to general building protocols in relation to health, safety and security.

      The post holder should be comfortable in the use of computer technology, have basic keyboard skills and have the ability to use email.

      Working days are Monday to Friday 09:30 - 14:30 (hours negotiable)
