      15 hours a week

      We are looking to appoint a part time Receptionist to join our existing experienced and highly motivated team.The hours will be Monday and Tuesday 7.5 hours per day between 8.30am & 6.30 pm.

      The role includes, staffing our front desk and extensive use of telephone where the successful candidate will act as initial contact for patients, managing requests, care of Dr, patient administration including booking and arranging appointments, arranging home visits etc.

      Main duties of the job

      Providing customer service for patients and visitors at Reception Front Desk

      Making appointment, Home Visit Requests

      Taking requests for prescriptions

      Giving out results

      Deal with general enquiries

      Register new patients and temporary residents

      Respond to needs of doctors and nurses during surgery

      Collect payments from patients for non NHS services

      Make refreshments for doctors and other team members, participate in washing up

      Any other reasonable duties as necessary
