Job summary
This is a great opportunity for a friendly, caring, and welcoming person to join the team at Belmont House Nursing Home as a Receptionist. The home is a 60-bedded Nursing, Dementia, and Residential Care facility, rated 'Good' by the CQC and highly rated by residents and their families.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and efficient welcome to all visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the home. You will be an effective communicator with a passion for supporting others, and your empathetic and respectful approach will help create a positive experience for residents, their families, and colleagues.
