Job Description

- Greet guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer the phone, take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers, guests, and employees.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Ship equipment for NDE, Survey, and Tulsa administrative departments as needed.
- Ordering and restocking office and kitchen supplies.
- Organize meetings including scheduling and arranging lunch.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area and conference rooms.
- Handle correspondence and maintenance requests through the property management.
- Plan employee events (team building, annual barbecue, monthly birthday celebrations).
- Prepare workspaces with necessary equipment and supplies prior to new employees' start dates.
- Manage office door security badges, including creating new badges and updating user access.
- Participate in cleaning, organizing, and clearing out office spaces to ensure a smooth and efficient office move.
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ years’ experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Keyboard skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills

Description
Audubon is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in our Tulsa, Oklahoma Office. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting guests and clients visiting the office, facilitating office communication, ordering and setting up lunch meetings, and restocking and organizing office and kitchen supplies. Additional duties include tracking receipts for expense reports and assisting the Office Administrator with administrative tasks, all while ensuring timely execution of various responsibilities and adapting to the changing needs of the office to maintain operational efficiency.
