Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the office.
Phone Support: Answer customer inquiries over the phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
Organize Paperwork: Manage and organize office paperwork, ensuring proper filing and documentation are up to date
Loss prevention Monitoring: Monitor video surveillance systems to ensure a safe environment and prevent theft or loss
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
