Job Description
- Req#: 555684
- Greet warmly and courteously, all visitors, residents, employees and any other people arriving at the community
- Answer the telephone, warmly and courteously, on or before the third ring, announcing the name of the community and promptly directing all calls to the appropriate recipient
- Messages should be taken thoroughly and distributed promptly
- Perform tasks assigned by the Executive Director or Business Office Manager
- Assist in the daily operation of the residence, when required, by all Department Directors
- Keep all areas clean and free of clutter
- Have the knowledge necessary to establish tour times and appointments for all lead calls
