      POSITION CLASSIFICATION : Receptionist

      Hours of Work

      Monday - Friday 5.5 Hrs/Day

      10:00-15:30

      Position Summary:

      Golden Links Lodge is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career in Healthcare Administration.

      We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

      • Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner.
      • Greetings to all visitors, family, deliveries, etc.
      • Take messages for the Business Office.
      • Work closely with the Business Office to assist with inquiries.
      • Incoming/outgoing mail distribution
      • Maintain filing systems
      • Book rooms for events/family/recreation
      • Maintaining a clean working environment.
      • Maintain facility bulletin boards
      • Monitor incoming/outgoing fax
      • Photocopying and distribution
      • Other duties as required.

      Successful Candidates Possess:

      • Fluent English Communication skills both written and spoken is required
      • Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel (Intro), Email, Outlook, Internet Navigation
      • Typing speed of 40-50 WPM
      • Must be able to communicate effectively
      • Willingness and ability to be a self-start with the desire to learn and adapt to change easily.
      • Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated
      • Must be available Monday to Friday
