- Ensure Reception presence is managed with team representative alongside other core responsibilities
- Meet and greet all visitors attending site
- Ensure all Visitors are signed in as specified by the Property procedures
- Escorting Clients to Meeting Rooms
- Manage meeting room booking/changes/catering requests
- Meeting Room Set up ensuring the rooms are adequately stocked with Pens/Pencils/Papers
- Ensuring office/catering supplies are fully stocked i.e. Stationery, Toner, Office/Tea, Coffee etc.
- Assist with preparation of meeting rooms for Meetings and Events, ensuring all catering and refreshments are in the relevant room on time
- Solid educational background
- Customer service background essential
- Knowledge of basic facilities invoicing procedures preferable
- Outlook, Excel, Word, IT Skills.
- Addresses issues/queries quickly and accurately.
- Experience in a customer facing environment would be essential
- Key base experience is customer focus and empathy
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Polite and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Team player – Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- IT literate – Excel to at least intermediate level
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage change effectively
