How many years of experience are you looking for?: 2, but will accept those with no experience
Provide centralized control, indexing and storage of engineering/generating plant documents for rapid and accurate retrieval; from central or remote/archival storage.
Generating Plants include all PGE-owned generation facilities and also includes records for high voltage substations, new resources and planning documents.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Functions
Actively support problem-solving to establish and maintain a records information program in compliance with the Corporate Records Information System (mainframe/CRIS) that meets the needs of the department.
Establish file patterns, assign file codes; file documents & provide timely upload for future retrieval.
Develop and maintain retention schedules; identify vital records and work with Records Management to provide effective protection.
Determine, through Corporate retention guidelines and subject matter, where to file information.
Periodically, just need to be able to lift a banker box full of documents. could be a max of 35lbs
