Job Description
- Req#: 527963
- Minimum 1 year working with archive databases and document retention management
- Demonstrated history of success maintaining organizational or archival systems
- Employment history that demonstrates strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and computer-related skills
- Proven attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Access, FileBRIDGE by Access Archival Systems, or similar is a plus
- Experience with engineering, architecture, or related industry is a plus
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

As part of our continued success, Landau Associates is seeking a Records Management Specialist (Temporary) in our Seattle (Northgate), Washington office. This position is expected to last one to two years with the possibility to extend or convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role will be to organize a high volume of archival records (hard copies and digital) in a professional office setting, identifying items for disposal and electronic conversion. Other related duties will be assigned as needed.

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, and performance.
