Responsibilities Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Recovery function. Prioritizes and organizes responsibilities to assure the timely completion of all assigned duties. Interacts with customers within and outside department to provide quality service and to solve problems. Process recovery payments to charge off accounts Sorting and distributing department mail Updating credit reports on paid charge off accounts Maintaining files for charge off accounts Responsible for mailing letters Copying files/docs as needed Assists in month end processing of charge off memos/files Maintains and order supplies for department Responsible for service calls on department equipment Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion. Other duties as needed and/or required Qualifications Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, etc.); customer service and problem solving skills; proficient reading, writing, and mathematics skills and organizational skills. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years office, or customer service or banking experience preferred. Other Job Information Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
