Experienced in supporting recreation programs, events, or sports activities.
Friendly and service-oriented, with a focus on guest experience and engagement.
Organized and proactive in maintaining safe and well-functioning recreational environments.
Set up, monitor, and assist with recreational activities, including sports, fitness programs, and entertainment events.
Ensure that all recreational equipment and facilities are maintained, safe, and ready for use.
Support special events, providing guidance and support to participants and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
At least 1 year of experience in recreation, sports, event coordination, or a similar role.
CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Proficiency in English with strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in multicultural or international community programs.
Fluency in Dari, Pashto, or Arabic.
Knowledge of recreation safety protocols and event management techniques.

ATLAS is seeking enthusiastic Recreation Attendants to support recreational services at the CARE Doha compound in Qatar. In this role, you will help organize and facilitate sports, fitness, and entertainment activities for guests and personnel. You’ll ensure that recreational facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming, while also assisting with special events and community engagement programs. Your efforts will play a key role in improving quality of life for families in transition.
