The City of Goodyear is seeking highly motivated individuals to work as Recreation Center Attendants at the Goodyear Recreation Center. This is a parttime position and the ideal candidate will possess good customer service and communication skills, be positive and friendly and willing to assist in the variety of operational areas at the Goodyear Recreation Center.

Provide excellent customer service and greet patrons.
Maintain knowledge of GRC operations and programming to share accurate information with participants.
Complete signup procedures for GRC programs and rentals such as swimming lessons, sport programs, group fitness classes, ramada rentals and more; Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and appointments.
Clean and maintain the fitness equipment, welcome center, indoor track, storage, lobby and other areas of the GRC Assist participants with acquisition of checkout equipment.
Assist with event and program set-up/take down Enforce all facility policies on a consistent basis.
Must have the ability to handle and resolve any disputes, accidents, or incidents professionally Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements
• Minimum one-year experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills
