- Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Allied Therapy or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Allied Therapy or other related field and one year of clinical experience in a health or human services agency required. Certification as a registered allied therapist required with Bachelor's Degree.
- Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Allied Therapy or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Allied Therapy or other related field and one year of clinical experience in a health or human services agency required. Certification as a registered allied therapist required with Bachelor's Degree.

ResponsibilitiesRoxbury is currently hiring a full-time Allied Therapist to work with our patients on our adult and adolescent psychiatric units.
This position qualifes for a $2,500 sign-on bonus!!
The Allied Therapist assesses patients’ leisure and recreational development needs, providing age and developmentally-appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Roxbury Treatment Center.
Job Duties and Responsbilities:
Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 40 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral health services in an environment that values service excellence, respect, and ethical standards, integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
