Eligibility Criteria: ➢ Total experience – 5-10 years of relevant experience ➢ Experience in volume hiring ➢ Strong technical background / knowledge on TAG Lifecycle ➢ Identifying and working innovative sourcing channels ➢ Good communication and interpersonal skills ➢ Process oriented, assertive, and good social skills ➢ Ability to work with and adapt to a multi-cultural team ➢ Good awareness of TCS Brand Proposition
