What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and promote opportunities through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
- Experience developing relationships with educational institutions and community organizations
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies
- Ability to travel to relevant recruiting events, including job fairs
