      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
      - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
      - Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure job requirement alignment
      - Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support hiring needs
      - Ensure compliance of all recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
      - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
