What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes with department managers
- Collaborate with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Build relationships with schools and organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be based in New Mexico
