What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including job boards and social media
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes with department managers
- Collaborate with local operations and human resources teams to fulfill hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate candidate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
- Must be based in New Mexico
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment
- Active presence on LinkedIn and familiarity with ATS systems
- Experience developing relationships with schools and community organizations
- Ability to travel to recruiting events, including job fairs
