Implement and manage effective internship and early career recruiting, aligned with Zayo’s hiring needs
Identify and cultivate relationships with target universities, colleges and other educational programs to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
Perform full cycle recruiting for interns and early career candidates
Partner with Hiring Leaders and HR Partners to ensure alignment between hiring needs and early career recruitment efforts
Guide hiring leaders through the recruiting process, set expectations, align on required skills, and advise on program details
Maintain accurate documentation in Workday and ensure compliance with local and legal requirements
Provide consistent reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of early career engagement activities, and to inform future strategies
Plan and attend early career, campus and virtual recruiting events, information sessions, and campus visits
Cultivate an excellent candidate experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 (five) years recruiting experience, including previous experience recruiting and managing internship and early career hiring
Proficiency with G Suite, and Workday
Exceptional written and oral communication skills to ensure accurate and effective conveyance of information
Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to connect quickly and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to drive results
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Successful track record recruiting and managing intern and early career candidates
Extreme attention to detail and superior data accuracy

Zayo is seeking a Recruiter & Programs Manager to support and manage new and existing early career recruitment programs. The successful candidate will execute on early career recruiting strategy. The Recruiter & Programs Manager will be responsible for management, execution, and measurement of these programs and ensuring alignment with DEIB activities and Zayo’s values.
*We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop).

Base Pay Range: $66,500 - $95,000 USD/annually, commensurate with experience
