What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines
- Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking
- Partner with the business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and urgent requisitions
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and are an organizational fit
- Stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and recruitment strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- At least 1 year of prior recruiting experience from a 3rd party agency environment highly preferred
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining experience
- Technology savvy including social media and process mapping and strong MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
