      About Us:

      The Role:
      We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various departments. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, represent Keystone at recruiting events, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand position requirements
      • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
      • Screen and interview applicants to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
      • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews
      • Attend job fairs, schools, and open interviews to recruit top talent
      • Extend and negotiate offers of employment
      • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics
      • Ensure timely and professional candidate communication
      • Maintain applicant records and recruiting activity in the ATS
      • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
      • Assist with onboarding and creation of new hire personnel files
      • Stay informed of industry best practices, recruitment trends, and new technologies
      Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      • 1-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment
      • Experience in high volume recruiting
      • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

      Schedule:
      Full-Time | Office-Based with Field Travel | Some Travel Required This position primarily operates in an office setting but requires regular travel for interviews, job fairs, career events, and onboarding activities.
