What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full recruitment process for various functional areas, excluding IT
- Source candidates, write job descriptions, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain an average of no more than 20 requisitions per recruiter
- Work on niche roles at the mid-manager level, such as Product Manager and Marketing Specialist
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday
- Strong skills in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for mid-manager level roles in various functional areas
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Previous experience working with a diverse range of clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
