What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using various platforms
- Consult with hiring managers to identify expectations and qualifications for roles
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices
- Maintain competitive intelligence of workforce trends in the reverse mortgage industry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of full-cycle, in-house recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for both digital marketing and technical roles
- Strong ability to take initiative and drive results with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with PDF software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience working with applicant tracking systems within an HRIS (preferably UKG)
