What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating
- Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles from entry to executive level
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and veteran associations to enhance recruitment efforts
- Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications and modify job descriptions as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Search firm experience
- Familiarity with project management, construction, architecture, and engineering talent populations
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Proven track record of results in recruitment
