Job Description

- Intake Calls: Consult with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the roles to be filled and define the profiles of ideal candidates.
- Pre-screening: Review and assess applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications to determine their suitability for the role.
- Sourcing: Actively seek and engage active and passive candidates through ATS and various job boards, encouraging them to apply.
- Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings, document all communications, and verify employment eligibility.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, coordinating with interviewers or panels as needed.
- Hiring Consultation: Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process to provide insights and recommendations per Metrocare’s Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreements and other company resources.
- Offer Management: Prepare and process job offers, including the creation of offer letters/packages.
- ATS Management: Update candidate profiles in the ATS in real-time, including conversation notes, interview status, and other relevant details.
- Onboarding Assistance: Gather necessary paperwork, conduct reference checks (depending on division support), and assist Onboarding Coordinators with the next steps.
- Communication: Collaborate with the Internal Employment team to discuss retention outcomes.
- Attend hiring events that may occur during or outside of normal business hours.
- Assist with documentation, such as SOP revisions/creations, and coordinate referral bonus reporting.
- Create and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to track key metrics, ensuring data integrity.
- Review and co-audit recruitment processes and documentation for compliance and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide backup support for the Recruiting Manager by assisting with reporting and/or offer related approvals when needed, ensuring continuity and accuracy in these functions.
- Serve as a dedicated sourcing recruiter for hard-to-fill roles and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for specialized positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and passive candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and ACER to strengthen employer branding and establish long-term partnerships for ongoing talent sourcing.
- Assist with managing college job boards and coordinating participation in college and career fairs.
- Co-lead career fairs, including logistics, marketing, and on-site coordination to maximize talent acquisition opportunities.
- Ordering collateral items for career fair needs
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Internal applicants will be considered with a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing aspects of the recruitment process, or equivalent internal experience in talent acquisition or human resources, plus an equivalent level of education.
- Experience recruiting in Behavioral or Mental Healthcare is required.
- High-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Paycom and Workday.
- Experience using various job boards and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to calculate simple figures and amounts to accurately report data on training, recruiting, attrition and other HR areas.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiations tactics.

- Liability insurance required if employee will operate personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business. Must be insurable by Center’s liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business. Must have an acceptable driving record.
