What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and develop a supportive staffing model
- Build effective relationships with schools and feeder organizations to enhance recruitment efforts
- Travel to corporate or recruiting events, including schools and job fairs, as necessary
- Create cost-effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver's License
- Two years of experience in recruitment and selection, including knowledge of related employment law practices
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute results effectively
