      Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Recruiter (Hybrid/Remote). Work alongside our collaborative HR team at the Central Administration office located in NE Portland.

By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.

      Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:

      • Responsible for Managing all aspects of Recruiting qualified candidates with primary focus on Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
      • Partner with Directors & Managing Partners to understand the staffing needs of the organization and create tailored recruitment plans
      • Source a network of qualified clinician candidates through proactive outreach, industry events, and partnerships with academic institutions.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Salary: Hiring range, based on relevant experience: annual $73,133 -$109,000

      Candidates must be a resident of Oregon or Washington state with ability to attend in person meetings when needed.

      Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:

      • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with minimum 3 years in healthcare with primary focus in Provider recruitment.
      • Must have prior experience in sourcing candidates for high level positions.
      • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, preferable UKG, and other recruitment tools.
      • Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.
      • Strong telephone skills for candidate screening and outreach.
      • Excellent time management and organizational skills
