      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, interview, and recruit candidates for various positions
      - Coordinate new hire paperwork and maintain recruitment databases
      - Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates regarding job descriptions and requirements
      - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and strategies
      - Support Department Directors with HR-related questions and issues in the absence of the HR Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
      - Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office
      - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work in a team environment and handle confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in attending recruitment events and representing an employer
      - Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements based on findings
