      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Post job openings in the ATS, Indeed, and partner sites
      - Call and screen candidates as they apply for open positions
      - Schedule community interviews and review feedback with hiring managers
      - Manage the ATS and oversee candidate progression
      - Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; college degree preferred
      - 1 to 3 years of experience in a busy recruiting/HR department
      - Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects
