      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
      - Source and promote opportunities to candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
      - Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers for alignment with job requirements
      - Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support hiring needs
      - Build effective relationships with schools and organizations to generate applicants

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
      - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
      - Compliance with policies and procedures in all aspects of the recruitment process

      - Experience in healthcare recruitment

      - Ability to travel to relevant recruiting events, including schools and job fairs
