      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
      - Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including social media and networking events
      - Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
      - Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support interview and hiring needs
      - Ensure compliance with all recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
      - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
      - Candidates must be based in New Mexico
