      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates and conducting initial phone calls. This role requires being on-site every day and demands 3-5 years of recruitment experience.

      Responsibilities

      • Screen candidates and conduct initial phone interviews.
      • Utilize Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Engage in full-cycle recruiting processes.
      • Source candidates with prior healthcare experience.
      • Contribute to talent acquisition efforts.

      Essential Skills

      • 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
      • Experience in healthcare recruiting.
      • Proficiency with Workday ATS.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree.
      • At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
      • HR generalist experience is a plus.

      Work Environment

      This position requires working in-office every day for 40 hours a week. There is potential for occasional travel to recruiting events, although this is not frequent.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
