      Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

      Opportunity

      Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Hospitality, this position assists with the recruiting, screening, interviewing and processing of candidates for administrative non-exempt positions within Hospitality.

      Specific Responsibilities

      • Assist hiring managers with the identification, interviewing, and selection of all administrative non-exempt candidates for Hospitality. This includes developing selection criteria, arranging interview schedules, preparing candidates, making travel arrangements (if needed), conducting interviews, evaluating the applicants for job fit, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
      • Provide gracious recruiting to candidates by utilizing ATS to source, communicate, and reject candidates in a timely and professional manner. Work with third party vendors, Corporate HR Staff and use technological advancements (web-based forms/sites) to enhance the hiring process.
      • Lead the resort’s annual international program and recruitment efforts.
      • Assist in scheduling and coordinating the onsite job fairs for all Hospitality businesses.
      • Fill all non-exempt (full time, part time, casual, and seasonal) roles as needed.
      • Coordinate with the TA Mgr as positions are filled so that the time to fill and accurate vacancy listing can be maintained.
      • Assure smooth integration of new hires into Hospitality and Kohler Company.
      • Represent the Hospitality and Kohler Co. at local civic/PR functions and within the organization (Junior Achievement, County Career Days, Future Fair, HR Newsletter, Inspire Sheboygan).
      • Assist with the planning and execution of student programs, including Culinary U Program and Intern Program.
      • Act as a resource center for HR related questions and concerns.
      • Complete other projects as assigned by the TA Manager or Corporate Recruiting.

      Skills/Requirements

      Must Haves:

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
      • Ability to multi-task and work on many requisitions at one time
      • Excellent candidate sourcing social media skills to help us build our candidate pipelines
      • A strong aptitude and passion for learning with good technical and business acumen
      • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills
      • Strong organization and prioritization skills with a high sense of urgency
      • Comfortable interacting with a variety of skill levels with a demonstrated ability to influence
      • Experience handling confidential information and matters with discretion

      Nice to Haves:

      • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
      • Previous hospitality experience highly preferred
      • Experience with college relations and co-op/intern recruiting is preferred
      • Bilingual capabilities is a plus

      Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

      The salary range for this position is $63,100 - $79,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
