      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, interview, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
      - Coordinate new hire paperwork and maintain recruitment databases
      - Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, interpreting job descriptions and requirements
      - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
      - Provide support to Department Directors regarding co-worker issues and policy inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
      - Required education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential information and relate to a diverse population with varying socio-economic backgrounds
