      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the recruitment process for technical and commercial professionals, ensuring effective candidate selection
      - Source and screen applicants through various channels, including networking and social media
      - Conduct telephone interviews and final assessments, overseeing the offer management process
      - Act as a liaison between the employer and candidates, addressing inquiries and coordinating interview logistics
