      Specific Job Functions:

      • Respond to internal and external job inquiry requests and provide assistance.
      • Proficient in creating and placing advertisements in various types of media and produce, edit, post, and maintain job postings on various websites and manage Text Recruit.
      • Coordinate set-up and participate in job fairs as needed or requested.
      • Act as a liaison for the property to various colleges, high schools, and vocational schools.
      • Answer telephone calls and respond to applicant/employee questions or direct to appropriate department as needed and provide excellent customer service to all.
      • Assists with the employment process; application review, pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and E-Verify.
      • Conduct new hire processing and verify data with candidate before entering into the UKG system.
      • Provide instructions to New-Hires prior to New-Hire processing.
      • Daily maintain and update applications within the UKG applicant tracking system.
      • Correspond with hiring managers regarding open positions, closing positions and general review of applications.
      • Review staffing needs with hiring managers.
      • Maintain records of personnel-related data (turnover rates, open position report, daily activity report, etc.) within database ensuring accuracy of information.
      • Check staffing levels and pay rates on property Compendium.
      • Updates employee records related to licensing and I-9 information.
      • Consult with hiring managers regarding job descriptions and create new property job descriptions that best relate to the position.
      • Ensure staffing levels are correct by review of the property’s Compendium.
      • Explain and distribute gaming requirements to applicable employees.
      • Administrative tasks such as; copying, scanning, and auditing.
      • Update job board postings.
      • Maintain electronic employee files.
      • Conduct new hire orientations.
      • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department and organization.

      Qualifications

      • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
      • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills when dealing with all business contacts
      • Knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
      • One year experience in a Human Resources role preferred
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
      • Working knowledge of all gaming requirements necessary
      • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written form
      • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
      • Possess organizational skills to function effectively while meeting established deadlines
      • Strong attention to detail required
      • Excellent customer service
      • Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance at all time
      • Ability to compile, research and analyze information
      • Proven team player
      • Willingness and ability to learn new skills
      • Ability to work under pressure
      • Bi-lingual preferred
