      Job Description

      The Sandisk University Recruitment team is hiring a Recruiter focused on technical hires pursuing Bachelors, Masters, and PhD degrees.

      As a University Recruiter, you will partner with both hiring managers and our core university partners to support university recruitment experiences.

      You will be a key partner to help identify and hire university talent as a brand ambassador for Sandisk. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including building the talent pipeline, conducting interviews, and extending offers
      • Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for current and future organizational needs
      • Promoting our Sandisk brand throughout the recruitment cycle
      • Communicating fearlessly to build trust; bringing a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidates
      • Collaborating with teammates and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals
      • Ability to travel domestically during peak recruiting cycles
      • Supporting recruitment programs that define and enhance the university experience
      • Partnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience
      • Developing presentations and reports

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; previous experience in university/campus recruiting preferred, especially in technology, professional services, or higher education/career services environments
      • Creative, self-motivated, self-learner with superior teamwork skills
      • Keen attention to detail
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and interact effectively across engineering and support organizations
      • Demonstrated project management skills, capable of managing projects with set milestones and timelines
      • Ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      • Interest in the flash, semiconductor, components, and nonvolatile memory industry
