      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage high volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines
      - Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods for sourcing
      - Partner with the business to create efficient recruitment strategies
      - Conduct phone interviews to ensure candidates meet qualifications and organizational fit
      - Stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 4-7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
      - Experience with candidate recruitment and client service/account management
      - Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining skills
      - Technology savvy with social media and MS Office proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of prior recruiting experience from a 3rd party agency environment
      - Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS
      - Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
