What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Talent Advisor for the Corporate Risk portfolio, sourcing and attracting top talent
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage qualified candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for Risk roles
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Corporate Risk and Banking
- Strong talent sourcing experience and corporate recruitment experience
- Proficiency with Workday Recruiter and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, maintaining discretion and confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consultation experience within the recruitment field
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Techno-functional recruiting experience
- Background in the financial or banking sector
