      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interview and fill contract positions for nursing and allied professionals
      - Develop and execute prospecting and marketing strategies to engage potential candidates
      - Maintain accurate candidate information in the proprietary applicant tracking system
      - Build relationships with clinicians to understand their career aspirations and needs
      - Negotiate compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers for interviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
      - Prior experience in sales or recruiting
      - Detail-oriented with strong customer service orientation
      - Effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
      - Strong network within the healthcare community
