  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead end-to-end talent searches from initial candidate contact through the offer stage
  - Provide consultative advice to the business on hiring best practices and team building
  - Coordinate candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the interview process
  - Schedule interviews efficiently across multiple stakeholders
  - Use data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and improve strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience in a Recruiter role
  - Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
  - Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean searching
  - Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to communicate job requirements effectively
  - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Lever
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in engaging with diversity organizations in the UK tech scene
  - Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices related to recruitment
