What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer to candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, serving as a key face of the organization
- Manage hiring projects from start to finish, including evaluation steps, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
- Conduct candidate evaluations through application reviews and interviews, and advise on work tests
- Develop and maintain recruiting systems to ensure seamless operations throughout the hiring process
- Lead sourcing efforts for high-priority rounds, building networks and partnerships to find strong candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of operations experience managing fast-moving processes for round management roles
- Strong project management skills with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the employer's mission and ability to engage with diverse cause areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in talent sourcing, executive search, or recruiting
- Existing networks or experience in technical AI safety, global catastrophic risks, or related fields
- Previous roles in partnerships or community building within effective altruism or global catastrophic risk contexts
