What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Develop and implement effective short- and long-term recruitment plans
- Conduct candidate screens and interviews using a behavioral interview process
- Compile reports and analyze statistical data related to turnover and vacancy rates
- Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling and completion of required procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations with one (1) year of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field with two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field with four (4) years of relevant experience, OR
- High School Diploma with ten (10) years of relevant experience in Human Resources specializing in recruitment
- Consistent adherence to nondiscriminatory practices within the recruitment process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and/or SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification
- LinkedIn Recruiter certificate
- Recent work experience in a healthcare setting
