      A large tech company in Seattle is hiring for Full-Cycle Recruiters to join their team! Must have experience and be comfortable working with hiring managers and stakeholders. If interested, please apply directly.

      Job Description

      Looking for more full cycle recruiters that have experience working with Internal transfers and or Promotions.They will need to be comfortable working with hiring managers/stakeholders.

      Responsibilities

      • Conduct market intelligence research and gather insights to support recruitment strategies.
      • Focus on sourcing passive candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
      • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms for candidate identification.
      • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
      • Collaborate with team members to transition candidates through the recruitment process.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in creating booleans and working in other sourcing platforms.
      • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems.
      • Comfortable working with hiring manager, stakeholders, and leaders.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in any field.

      Work Environment

      This role is 100% onsite in Nashville, TN.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
