      Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. is looking a Recruiter in Newton, IA to join our team!

      Location: Newton, IA

      Responsibilities

      • Source, identify, and engage candidates through a variety of ways, including but not limited to social media, local school partnerships, job boards, and referral
      • Maintain and track applicant flow and feedback loops in conjunction with Human Resources and the hiring manager
      • Document and track candidate progress through the process using the UltiPro applicant tracking system
      • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stages; coordinate start dates and new hire onboarding
      • Partner with social media team to appropriately market jobs to seekers through social channels
      • Monitor and ensure company compliance with government immigration hiring laws and regulations ensuring compliance with all federal employment law regulations
      • Maintain and nurture pipeline for key positions
      • Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding active searches and the local talent market
      • Maintain record of recruiting activities
      • Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
      • Other duties as assigned

      • Must have excellent driving record, insurance and reliable vehicle.

      Bachelors Degree Preferred

      Working Conditions:

      • Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds.
      • This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
      • Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant
      • Overtime and Overtime on Saturdays, as needed
      • Schedule is subject to change
