- Recruiting and Sourcing:
- Review resumes to understand candidate experience, knowledge, certifications, etc, to quickly and efficiently identify individuals for current and potential clients
- Source viable candidates for a variety of roles across multiple categories (such as Construction and Project Managers, Pipeline and Facilities Inspectors, QA/QC Professionals, and Engineering Professionals)
- Leverage internal network/platform for viable candidates
- Recruit potential candidates outside of Workrise using a variety of sources
- Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of Workrise to build a pipeline of available workers in the energy market
- Client Support:
- Support the Workforce team in responding to questions or requests from workers
- Provide market trends and insight based on recruiting and sourcing experience for the team to inform and educate clients
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, recruiting, or a similar field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.)
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy, and/or Skilled Trades industries
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines
- Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base
- Excellent ability to communicate both written and verbally with a variety of audiences
- Bilingual, preferably fluent in Spanish
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with Bullhorn
- Regular, on-time attendance
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
- Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
- Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs

Workrise is hiring a Recruiter, Oil and Gas responsible for sourcing workers, reviewing resumes, and finding job opportunities across multiple categories and roles. This position works closely with the worker recruiting and sales teams to help build and maintain the pipeline of workers to support the organization’s ability to deliver quality workers quickly and efficiently to clients. This role will be exempt and reports to the Lead, Recruiter Oil and Gas.
