Recruiter Requirements:
Minimum Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master's degree in related field preferred
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years of professional level human resources experience; or three (3) years of professional-level experience in a job-specific field related to the recruitment area (ex. Three (3) years of professional nurse experience can be used for a nurse recruiter); or three (3) years of combined Human Resources and professional-level experience in a job-specific field related to the recruitment area. Basic PC skills are required. Experience with an applicant tracking database strongly desired
Senior Recruiter Requirements
Minimum Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master's degree in related field preferred
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years of progressively responsible recruiting experience at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Five (5) years of external progressively responsible recruiting experience
