What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture
- Develop and post job descriptions on multiple platforms to attract top talent
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews, providing guidance on hiring best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
